In designing this project, Rio wanted the eccentricity and creativity of the diverse characters to shine. The personalities of the protagonists were visible via their clothing: the passionate, relentless Countess stood out in floral reds, and the climate conscious, empathetic Iris bore her heart in pastel greens and browns. On the other hand, the evil businessmen hid their intentions behind formal corporate attire with a dark palette.

Written by Oded Gross and directed by Seve Isaacs, The Madwoman explores themes of greed, environmentalism, and the power of the citizen. In this town, a group of corrupt businessmen, politicians, and opportunists plan to exploit oil deposits beneath the streets. Countess Aurelia and her friends oppose these plans to protect her town and its way of life.
